At the rate that the English version is going, I say the fillers should end by the start of November or in the middle. When Shippuden will start in the US, I don't know. Maybe right after the fillers end, or maybe by the start of 2009.

Now that I've heard it in English, I'd have to say that Japanese is way better. English is a little...creepy.
